Documents Required :
 

Passport

• Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Thailand
• Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
• Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

Photograph

• Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
• Applicant full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

• Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.75,000 per adult or above signed and attested by a bank official
• In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
• All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week
• In case the trip is sponsored, a cover letter from both company and travel agency stating all names with passport numbers, plan of travel and place(s) to stay, and company's bank statement attested by the banks, company's business registration are required

Flight Ticket

• Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Thailand
• We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

Accommodation

• Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.
• We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected
• In case you’re staying with relative/friend then their Local address in Thailand along with their Id proof copy along with invitation letter from their end

Invitation

• If you intend to stay with Thai relatives or Thai friends, applicant must provide invitation letter along with a copy of their Thai ID proof
• In case they are not Thai, applicant must provide their copies of visa and work permit, valid at least six months along with a copy of passport.

Cover Letter

• If traveling in group, applicant must provide a cover letter stating all names with passport numbers, plan of travel, and place(s) to stay

ITR

• Income tax return assessment for the last 1 year in case the applicant is employed
• In case not able to provide ITR, either salary slip or NOC from employer is to be provided
• In case the applicant is self-employed then Company’s last 1 Year ITR is also required
