Documents Required :
 

Passport

• Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Vietnam
• Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

Photograph

• Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) taken within the last 3 months
• Applicant's full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

Flight Ticket

• Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Vietnam
• We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

Accommodation

• Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.
• We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected

Invitation

• In case you are being invited to Vietnam, applicant must provide invitation letter along with invitee's details

Cover Letter

• Applicant must provide a cover letter stating date of travel along with duration, and entry and exit border details.

Other Documents

• Applicants also need to provide occupation proof.
